Derek started dealing with vacuum equipment in his youth in 1956.
After several years in various parts of the industry he set up Vacuum Equipment Services, a registered company, in 1971.
The partners are D H Walker and F K Walker.
Derek is a distributor of equipment and components from DVP Vacuum Technology. He also owns the business and stock of spares and parts for NGN Vacuum Pumps.
Derek is also the Gaffer to several local Amateur Dramatic Groups.
